Taylor Association Management was named 2007 Management Company of the year in the medium division recently at a Community Association Institute Awards Banquet.  We will also be celebrating our 22nd year in business this year.

Taylor Association Management has been an agent for communities in the Las Vegas Valley since 1988. The company was founded by Douglas Taylor with two employees and grew the business until it was purchased by his sister, Patricia Taylor in 1998, and the company continued to grow, now employing twenty five staff members. 

We have elected to limit our clientele to residential and commercial associations, to fully focus on the concerns and special issues these entities encounter. Our management style is geared to be proactive, instead of reactive.
By limiting our focus, we believe we can be even more effective in swiftly dealing with issues as they arise.  

As we look to the future, we are enjoying being in our own new building located on Pecos Road at Windmill Lane in Green Valley. And we look forward to serving the associations in the Las Vegas Valley for many years to come.
